The company handles service of process anywhere in the State of Arizona. Service fees: Arizona law (A.R.S. 11-445) calls for process service to be billed at $16.00 for each document served per person, plus mileage of $2.40 per mile, one way, that the server necessarily travels, with a minimum mileage of $16.00. There is a $8.00 charge for preparing the affidavit of service or other document pertaining to service, to include notarization. Method of Approach: Anything in Maricopa County are served directly out of our office here in Phoenix. Routine services will be tried within 48 hours, and many within 24 hours. If the client request a rush be put on any service, there is an extra charge for that request. We consider a rush to be as "do it now" type request. Anything outside of Maricopa County but still inside Arizona will be forwarded to the closest available process server that experience has informed us on who we can expect the same excellent service we provide to our clients. We charge a small fee to forward services to other Arizona servers, and that includes toll calls, routine postage and shipping costs. We do charge a rush fee, plus special mailing costs for any rush assignments. |
